Loved this Design Matters interview with Jen Bilik, founder, owner, and overall head honcho of Knock Knock.
The whole time I was listening to it I was nodding my head in agreement with everything she was saying about being an entrepreneur and starting your own business.
In particular one line rang very true as it is something I have struggled with quite a bit myself:
"The hardest thing about being an entrepreneur in the early days, is you have to do the things that your weak at, because you’re not at point yet where you can have the help from other people in doing them."
I just have to keep reminding myself that every new business goes through this phase and that as the business grows you can hire people to complement your weaknesses so you can focus on your strengths.
Anyway I definitely recommend listening to the whole podcast as it is a great interview.
